1. DGFT Import Export Code (IEC) Ke 4 Zaroori Niyam (2026)

  • PAN-Based 10-Digit Lifetime Code: Ab DGFT aapke Business PAN number par hi 10-digit Import Export Code (IEC) jari karta hai jiski validity Lifetime hoti hai.
  • Mandatory Yearly Update (April to June): Har saal 1 April se 30 June ke beech DGFT portal par IEC profile ko update/confirm karna anivarya hota hai (chahe koi badlav na hua ho), warna IEC deactivate ho jata hai!
  • GST LUT (Letter of Undertaking): Export par 0% IGST (Zero-Rated Supply without paying tax) ka labh lene ke liye GST portal par har financial year me LUT file karna zaroori hai.
  • ICEGATE & AD Code Registration: Custom clearance aur bank me foreign remittance ke liye Authorised Dealer (AD) Code ko Class 3 DSC se ICEGATE portal par link kiya jata hai.

2. IEC Code Ke Liye Zaroori Documents (24–48 Hours Issuance)

  1. Firm / Company / Proprietor PAN Card
  2. Aadhaar Card of Proprietor / Partner / Director
  3. Active GST Registration Certificate / Gumasta / COI

  5. Premises Electricity Bill + Rent Agreement / NOC
