Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act ke tahat jab koi Principal Employer (jaise Sarkari Vibhag, BHEL, Factory ya Hospital) kisi Contractor ko kaam ka Work Order deta hai jisme nirdharit sankhya se adhik contract workers lagte hain, toh:
- Principal Employer देता है Form-V: Vibhag ya Company aapko Form-V (Certificate by Principal Employer) jari karti hai.
- Contractor apply karta hai Form-IV: Form-V, Work Order copy aur Security Deposit challan ke aadhar par MP Shram Sewa Portal par MP Contract Labour License jari hota hai.
